rmb-ed e war between me n hellostoreusa?

about e wrong delivery error..

i think im gonna write down all e emails i spamed them..

n wat they replied me...

here it goes...

one beautiful thursday night..

i wrote a email regrading e delivery error...

Dear Sir/Madam:

There's a delivery error in this order (see attachment). me and my friend ordered a Koharu's Ninesmile concert t-shirt, but we received another koharu's t-shirt. The item is not what we wanted so is it possible that we can change it? we would like to know what do we have to do now?

and we would like to clarify some doubt that we have.

1. We notice the delivery fee for t-shirts had change to the "over sized item" pricing. however, when we made this order, we paid the basic shipping fee. so if we were to change the item, do we have to pay the oversize shipping fee?

2, do we have to pay the delivery fee for the items to be sent back to the USA store? (We are from Singapore)

then on a saturday, impatient me wrote another email

Dear Sir/Madam:

Thank you for the reply. But can we know how long will it takes to get to the bottom of these?

because we are very afraid that the nine smile t-shirt that we wanted might get sold out.

we wanted to get these for a friend's birthday. its around the corner and due to this error, including the time for the delivery back and front.. we might not be able to make it. please help!

here are some of the information that might be useful:

we ordered a morning musume platinum 9 t-shirt, and a koharu's nine smile t-shirt...

the platinum 9 t-shirt came the correct one only the koharu's shirt sent was the new design and we wanted the old design.

the attached jpeg file is the proof that we DID get the new design.

then i sent one more...after i found out e koha shirt i wanted was out of stock already..

Dear Sir/Madam:

Im very sorry to be rude, but is all these "research" going on for too long? i checked out that USA store website and to my surprise, the koharu shirt that we wanted was sold out already! we are very disappointed and upset about this.

we are not trying to scam of create trouble here..but the problem is there is REALLY a delivery error!

that shirt that we receive was really not something that we want, or we liked, AT ALL. and we PAID $41 on that shirt, now we get another shirt that cost $38!

and now the koharu shirt was sold out, we are fine with exchanging it for a ai takahashi's nine smile shirt OLD design...

if not, we would want a refund.

Dear Sir / Madam.

after sending a few e-mails, i still did not receive ANY reply. it had been many days already.

what should i do with my t-shirt? we don't like this design. and now the actual shirt that we order went out of stock.. we r fine with getting a takahashi ai one... since the price is the same as the koharu shirt we ordered. ($41)

if this is possible..please give us an instruction on how do we return the wrongly delivered good...in return for the good that we ordered.

please reply before this ai takahashi shirt went sold out again.

however, please do not repeat the similar mistake on delivering the wrong item as it might cause quite a lot of trouble.
